British India - Myth

hahaha

Ganga din claiming to own Pakistan.

hahahahah

Oh bhai Ganga valley is the craddle of modern day Bharat

While Sindh Valley is the craddle of modern day Pakistan.

If you don't know this, you must have leanred your history from 5th grade gov school history book

just like so many Islamists who come post here based on their 5th grade gov school Pakistani history book

hahahaha
Is there any Pakistan before 1947?Its just geographical name given to a part of India separated on map only.Still the Indian subcontinent aka bharat exists its not splitted up to pieces.

.
Didn't ask. That was a statement. And read freedom at midnight. Pakistan indeed banned that book for stating the truth.

it is available bhai jaan. How many copies you want?

it is time for Bharatis to quit believing in constipated conspiracy theories.

ha!

didn't realize you will not even know the birth time of your own country.

Sad to o see ignorance among so called educated Bharatis.
Ganga is not a valley. :D Google Ganga Valley and you will find nothing. :P

.
Not really. By picking the name India (and quite rightly so), Indians respected the antiquity of the land and its cultural compactness. Modern Pakistanis and Bangladeshis may not have retained the same old respect for it and call it an illusion but it was a rare correct step by Indian leaders to maintain the cultural continuity by turning it into a political expression.

Lets look at where the word India comes from:
India's name
Sindhu (sangskrit, river still exist) -> Sindh (region still exist) -> Hind (persian) -> Indikos (greek) -> Indicus (latin) -> India (English)

So "India" is an English word with a diverse origin and it is what the British used to identify this region. Question is why an independent country would follow their colonial master and their choice of word to choose the name of their country? I would not do it, I would simply drop India, an English word and choose Bharat instead, a completely indigenous word, to create a clean break with the British colonial past or even the period of Muslim rule (Hindustan), to give people a sense of pride.

There is still time for you to do it, better late than never. It is time Bharatiya's should drop the mental slavery of the white man, and it can start with the dropping of the name India for your country.

Must be an abridged version. In the unabridged one it is written that Jinnah was fond of whiskey and pork.
Didn't answer whether Pakistan was born at midnight or 14 August.

.
That was the point.

modern day Bharat has no civilization that is "google-able".

So poor thangs have to rely on Pakistani region.

Sad
Hahaha, Ganga Valley is a Pakistani invention. As for History, it's in stone. Write whatever you wish to write. But even today those who study Harappa and Mohenjodaro (leaving the Indian sites) are called Indologists'. :D Indulge in this as you wish, let us just enjoy from the sidelines. Some will take notice from our side and get offended. They are amateurs, they don't know how the world works. Soon they will get it and we all will encourage you to pursue 'Pakistani' history.

.
Present day Pakistan with some migrated Muslims from Indian Punjab,Rajasthan,UP claiming to be owner of Pakistani region and History.Original Indus Valley people are now In Indian punjab, rajasthan, delhi,Up etc ,they can only claim this history of Indus valley civilization .So indus valley civilization always belongs to India not arabs.

ha!

now you talk like an Islamist.

What jinnah ate and drank is the main focus of Islamists here
and hinduists in bharat.

Sadly.

Sure Ganga valley/plain had nothing to offer

so poor thangs had to import from Sindh.

So true

.
India is not the word of Colonials.

It was term used by Greeks, Persians and Arabs.

Not Indian civilization but Mehargragh civilization which dates 7000BC.Indus civilization succeeded it not any Indian civilization, Indus or Harrapa Civilization is name given worldwide.Pakistan is home some of oldest civilizations, even Rig Ved was written in region which today makes Pakistan.
more important is who is carrying the legacy.. Is Pakistan carrying the legacy? No....What is your history? What is Pakistan culture...Give me simple answer..do you guys consider yourselves decedent of those who have writing rig Vedas? do you consider yourselves decedent of those who were part of Indus valley...What monument, what books, what stories of that time do you read or know? I ask a simple question,...What is the identity of Pakistani?

.
Hahaha, Ganga Valley is a Pakistani invention. As for History, it's in stone.

So Pakistan invented Ganga river and its valleys and plains? and primitive settlements around it?

Wow!

Where did you read this bhai?

Where the heck did you read this?

p.s. Ganga valley settlements do show up as "stone age". so you are right.

.
Aryan Invasion if not a myth mostly took place in present day Pakistan region. So Indus valley people displaced by Central asian, afghan,Iranian ,Arabians,so they should not claim ancient indus valley civilization.

.
more important is who is carrying the legacy..

legacy is carried in genes, books, food, music, languages, and customs.

Today Sindhi language, Punjabi language, Pashto, and Balochi is the legacy of the beautiful harrapa.

If you deny your Bharat has any legacy of Ganga valley/plain. and you must import some from Sindh Pakistan.

Then it is your inferiority complex.

Sadly.

I can post pics from the book that says it is banned in Pakistan. I just posted what is written in the book explaining it's ban in pakistan And point of contention is time of birth of Pakistan as a nation. Do you believe dominique lapierre being the writer of good books like o' Jerusalem would not know the time. That he would make mistakes of galactic proportion naming it freedom at midnight.
