These talibans are a mess, i have no clue why theres no PDF thread on their current government. Its been more than 10 days since taliban took control and they are yet to form a proper government. Negotiations with Afghan government are on halt. Nothing is happening, feels like they are novice who have no clue on how to run the government or manage resources. Taliban have no funds as well, they can only get a million dollars through opium trade. 10 billion dollars are frozen in NY and they can't do anything regarding it other than get on with time and form an evolved system of shariah that already exists in Turkey or Pakistan. Civil war is coming soon when people will be dying from starvation in numbers.
