Your post shiws u know nothing about defence platforms. If the deal is signed today then the configuration is based on todays model. Today there is no AIM 260 integrated with any version of F16.

f-21 was customized per Indian requirements..just like Indian rafales went through very expensive modifications e.g including a decoy
block 70 is therefore not a f-21, f-21 probably would have been much more advance and expensive

India can only produce 30-40% of an F-16 due to such contracts and would have to negotiate with a dozen countries to produce more.
If India selects the ”F-21”, it is likely there will be lawsuits forthcoming.

F-21 is even more capable than the already very impressive F-16 Block 70/72 variant with superior HUD and payload capacity, but offered to India "only." Additional amendments include retractable refueling probe and aft decoy system.

F-16 is not designed for high speed, high attitude high-G turning. A big reason why Gripen, EuroTyphoon, Rafale and J-10 goes for canard design. When comes to evading BVRAAM, canard design has higher survival chances to shake off missile compare to F-16.

RCS is not important since both design are not started with stealth in mind in the first place.

But if you want to talk about RCS reduction. J-10C has DSI which reduced fan blade exposure compare to F-16 air inlet.
