Whatever it is, still better than nothing. Visa cost will be saved. Russia has same policy for China also.

I know it’s pathetic and very humiliating. It’s far better to pay visa fees rather than submitting your passport and a get free visa, you know.

India should declare the Russian ambassador persona non grata if the Visa fees are not reinstated in the next 48 hours. I totally condemn this action by Russia, they should treat India exactly like they do to Pakistan.

We want Visa fees back!
