So what is the agenda here? Naturally China isnt looking for investment like Pakistan and India does, so what will be on the agenda?

Basically the agenda can be included under the umbrella of Saudi's Vision 2030 and China's Belt&Road Initiative. More specifically, there will be quite a few projects will be announced:
1. China will invest and establish PV solar panel manufactory in SA to boost the employment.
2. China will bid for the nuclear power plants in SA. The recent scandal of US nuclear tech transfer is part of the story in the competition of SA's nuclear power contracts.
3. SA is one of top fossil energy suppliers of Chinese market and China is SA's biggest oil&gas customer. SA is crucial to the burgeoning Shanghai Crude Future. On another word, it is about the future of possible petro yuan.
4. On April 26&27, the BRI(Beld&Road Initiative) Summit will be held in Beijing. MSB will be invited.

Iranian isolation?

Certainly not.
Iran is posited critically in the route of silk road. It has been so historically and will be so in the future. China will try its best to keep Iran's economy afloat when Iran is facing the worst sanction from USA.
