Add to it the fact that both men were innocent and one of them even fully restrained, how would you describe the shooting?

Secondly, the Asian cop who shot the guy in the car reacted after the black guy told him he was armed with a gun whilst reaching for his pocket (he had a concealed carry permit for the gun but the cop didn't know that). From a cop's perspective, if you have your hand where they can't see it and you are armed with a firearm that makes you a threat that will be neutralized because a cop doesn't know your intentions.

The other guy who got shot in Louisiana, we don't know for sure what happened as no camera angle gives us an adequate coverage of the struggle. But whoever called the police informed them that the guy was armed with a gun, so here again the cops were on razor's edge because they have to take their own safety into consideration. Resisting cops only makes things worse. If you got nothing to hide you got nothing to worry about, simple.
