6 years?? Are you saying trial was not held for 6 years??He was arrested as an accused party; when the trial went ahead nothing came of it because the evidenced provided could not hold up in court.
The fact that the crime was planned and administered from Pakistan is not a 'fact' thats an opinion; the only 'fact' there in is that the terrorists were from Pakistan. They could've easily planned and administered the whole thing from India in lieu with homegrown terrorist outfits in India.
Look if your aim it to just indulge in debate for the sake of it then i would humbly like to retreat...however if you are interested in some meaningful debate then let's go over it...If even now you are denying that mumbai plan was hatched in any part of the world but Pakistan then there is hardly anything to talk...
The Pakistani side was not given any access to Kasab or to any of the witnesses to cross question them despite repeated requests from Pakistan that without direct access the evidence gained would not be admissible in a Pakistani court and yet you guys ignored that and went ahead and executed him. Even the voice samples you provided managed to get the US to issue a reward for 'evidence to be provided against Hafiz Saeed' which means that the so-called evidence that you provided was there to begin with; how then can you expect our courts to lock-up a man based on your media tantrums alone ?
Media tantrums?? Voice samples of Lakhvi provided to you are media tantrums?? and we are still waiting for voice samples of Lakhvi from your end but that's a separate story, so let's leave it there...
Look a person who is responsible for killing of hundreds of innocents in cold blood was put on a trial and given death sentence...and was hanged in 2012...for a crime committed in 2008...not sure by what standards this is hurry!!....b/w till 2009 you were not even ready for a consular access to this man...
India ready to give Pakistan consular access to Kasab: Anand Sharma - Thaindian News
The 3rd party proposal was floated for this exact reason so that if you don't agree with our findings, our court procedures and our seriousness to handle this matter we're more than happy to take it to a neutral 3rd party like (say!) the International Court of Justice. Thats says a lot about the seriousness of the Indian side in actually getting justice for the Mumbai Tragedy instead of extracting maximum possible political mileage from that terrible incident to sully Pakistan.
I will repeat once again...the crime happened in Pakistan...India and other investigation agencies can give you evidence collected from the crime spot..however it is your investigative agencies that have to take the investigation forward from there...however both of us know very well nothing has moved...Anyhow any reason your govt. is calling it(the bail) a technical error and not Indian media tantrums?? Does that say anything about the quality of evidence??
