One more Pakistani civilian killed in LOC firing. I dont get it,. How come Pakistani civilians get so close to the LoC. Or is it the case like Kargil, where Pakistani army disowns their assets after they are identified and killed by Indian Army

There's always a joker in the pack, did India claim the kill or Pakistan disclosed the victim, on the contrary, one wonders if the Indian soldiers are killed by Pakistani firing or Indians covering up more fratricide cases.
