My suggestions .

Let's take them one by one.

1. GOP should declare minimum 10 Tax free zones for 10 years to attract foreign investment.

Merely creating tax free zones will not attract investment. What about other important factors such as infrastructure (including power), accessible and growing markets, and an educated workforce that can produce and consume, as well as export competitively?

2. Upto 12000 US$ annual income shall be declared tax free .

You have just narrowed the tax base immensely even more than what it already is.

3.Property Tax shall be 40% per year

Based on what? Declared value or assessed value? Who makes these assessments and why would they not just pocket the monies by mis-representing facts, as they do already?

4.Agriculture land should be exempt from Tax.

It already is, and serves to distort the tax base even more. Why continue a bad practice?

5.Defense budget should be reduced to 50%.

Easier said than done. Any government that attempts to do this would be overthrown immediately.

6.WAPDA,PTCL,PIA,STEEL MILLS , LDA,CDA,KDA,PSO all should
privatized, we can generate 100 Billion dollars which can be invested in infrastructure, education and Health sector development.

Who is going to buy these entities? And if they do, their conditions will make all the services so provided very costly since these are large state sanctioned monopolies. Once the 100 billion raised is spent, then what?

7. Kalabag Dam, Bhasha Dam, Nuke Power Plant should be built in next five years.

Do you have any idea just how long large scale projects like this actually take, providing all financing and public and political approvals are in place?

8.Minimum salary of skill worker shall be 10 dollar per hour.

And what makes you think that small scale businesses can afford such salaries for its skilled workers, and still be able to produce goods at a competitive price?

9.Child allowance of 500 Dollar per month shall be provided for 18 year of age .

Roughly, do you seriously mean that 500 dollars per month per child under the age of 18, which is 6,000 dollars per year for about HALF of a population of 180 million, i.e. 6,000 x 90 million = 540 BILLION dollars per year is an affordable proposition? Really? And this cost will grow at about 3% per year after that.

(Even if you apply this to ages 14 year or less, this means 42% of the total population!)

10. Free and Fair justice system.

And exactly how will you make that happen? Will all the lawyers and judges and court cases suddenly decide to become free and fair all by themselves?

Pakistan can emerge as economic super power in next 10 years.

If things are put on the right track TODAY by some miracle, it would take a LOT LONGER than 10 years for sure.

Pakistan has basic infrastructure and skilled workers , we have to develop tax free zones in all four provinces .

Why our tax base is not expanding ? our leaders demand high commission for investment ( Example Mr 10&#37.

That is major reason that investors are not investing in Pakistan.

It is very easy to convert black money to white by investment in real estate as per present GOP law , we need to increase the property tax to minimum 40% level .

Easier said than done. Any government that attempts to do this would be overthrown immediately.

We have to control our non development expenditures to improve our economy.

Who is going to buy these entities? And if they do, their conditions will make all the services so provided very costly since these are large state sanctioned monopolies. Once the 100 billion raised is spent, then what?

No it will be beneficial for consumers , they will get good service and cheap rates due to competition between service providers.

Kalabag Dam can be built in five years , we have nuke technology which can used for power plants.

We can reduce our power per KWH rate upto 90%.

And what makes you think that small scale businesses can afford such salaries for its skilled workers, and still be able to produce goods at a competitive price?

Pakistani products have very high demand in international market , we can compete in international market because Pakistan is fifth largest producer of Leather,Cotton,Wheat ,Suger, Rice, Mango,Wool etc.

We need to develop our industry on international standards . We have to develop skill workers and increase their wages at international standard otherwise they will move towards Gulf and America and EU.

Pakistan is spending million of dollars for producing doctor and engineers but only 20% of professionals serve their country because of poor salary structure.

We have to give them education and skill to make them productive ,they are our future and strength.We can start with 100 Dollars per month per kid .

We can take help of army to resolve 90% of cases.

If things are put on the right track TODAY by some miracle, it would take a LOT LONGER than 10 years for sure.

Too many taxes nowadays
during Musharraf's era we had no debts being taken, no taxes, healthy economy and of course corruption was there

But here, its all opposite with corruption ever increasing

They must stop their evil acts or needs to be thrown away... time to stand up - enough is enough

It will be our greatest challenge to educate 75 million children in next 10-15 years .

We need to support them through Government , UNO and NGO etc.

I absolutely agree with you that EDUCATION is the key to Pakistan's progress. The only problem is that it takes 30 years for this tree to bear fruit and we are not known for our patience.
