Agni-3 is never meant for Pakistan. Thats for sure.

Agni-1,2 and 4 is for Pakistan.

What are you blabbering about , bar the battlefield and short range missiles, any tests above 350 Km (?) range, each country has to notify the other. Yesterdays test of Pakistan's Ghauri with a 1300 Km range had to been notified to India and any other concerning parties. Just because you are in oblivion doesn't mean it never materialised.
As much as you would like to believe, the world doesn't exactly revolve around India, however it's another thing you people can't see past your nose. Try and digest it before you choke on it.
