I am not Hindu but Allhamdullah i Muslim, your post reported for abusing me @mb444 , what should we do if India will ban cow slaughter completely in their country Nothing @mb444 :hitwall::hitwall::hitwall:

It was you who dragged me into a conversation by claiming I was not a Muslim.

No one asked you to do anything. You simply choose to validate hindutva cow nonsense as entirely reasonable.

Having started a conversation it is hardly my fault that you are unable to defend your position.

So what's ur next question? Why is human meat banned? Dogs and cats and horses are not raised for the express purpose of eating their meat, whereas cows are. In addition there's no religion that's being effected in any way by banning dog/cat/horse meat. Nor are these meats banned bcuz some religious group thinks of them as holy. There's no analogy here.

Did I say that Indian ppl of various religions don't have Indian culture? Or r u just putting words in my mouth?

I only said that cow being holy isn't Indian culture. If it was then no matter what religion u followed as an Indian...u would consider cow holy and no one would want to sacrifice it nor eat its meat. This would never be a point of discussion. All Indians(Hindus/Muslims/Christians) would unanimously adopt that law...

...but the thing is that it's not part of Indian culture. Cow being holy is part of Hindu religion. Either u r confusing culture with religion or u r straight making up things. Cow isn't holy to Indian Muslims nor Indian Christians...that's a FACT. Cow is holy in Hindu religion...that's a FACT. So when a secular state steps in to pass a law that favors the sentiments of one religious group while sidelining another...that state is no longer secular. Don't try to paint a religious matter as a cultural matter to side step "secularism".

Again...this is not a cultural issue...it's a religious issue. I can provide u proof where cow is holy in Hindu RELIGION. Can u show me proof of cow being holy in Indian Muslim CULTURE? Or Indian Christian CULTURE?

If u can't provide proof of this in ur reply to me...then don't bother replying with this same baseless argument trying to paint this religious issue as a cultural issue.

For your first para. Now you are the one countering yourself. So horsemeat is equivalent to human meat now? Islam isnt affected by anyway by banning beef just like it isnt affected by banning dogs, horses or cats. Got it? Religious or not, horsemeat is banned for cultural reasons, the same reason Cow is considered like a mother in Indian culture cos it continues to give us milk even after human mother stops giving milks. Thus the whole reason behind its culture. In India cows are not raised for meat. Its actually banned in even Beef allowed states to have cows reared for meat. Even in those states, you can only sell cows which are in their end of their productive life cycle.

For the second para, its what you had quoted previously segregating Indians on the basis of religion. In Indian culture Cow is considered a mother and I dont care what religion the Indian belongs.
"cow isn't holy for INDIANS. It's only holy for HINDUS. If it was holy for INDIANS then nobody in India would slaughter cows...and we wouldn't be having this argument."

Cow is holy in Indian cultural aspect. Simple as that. Just cos we have some 15% converted population doesnt mean they start following Mecca or Vatican culture. Infact in states other than UP, you cannot even buy beef meat. Its very rare to sell in other states.

Why do Pakistanis wear Burqa? Is it a religious or a cultural issue? Can anyone point out exactly? Some will argue its import of Arabian culture, some will argue its religious requirement. Same here. I see this issue as a purely cultural.

We can agree to disagree though.

Wrong...unlike horse meat or dog meat(the analogies u gave)...a cow can be slaughtered on Eid-ul-Adha as part of a religious sacrament in Islam.

Weak argument...buffalo, goat, camel, etc. also give milk...sooo we should have multiple mothers then?
In any case Hindus can believe whatever they want...it doesn't bother me. As long as their beliefs aren't enforced on others. Each person is free to believe what they want.

Pakistan and its laws are not the point of discussion. In any case Pak doesn't claim to be secular...so don't try to compare it with India which claims to be secular.

We could agree to disagree if we couldn't accurately determine the truth...however we can. Once the truth/fact is known...u can't exactly disagree with it unless u want to be wrong.

Like I said in my previous post...u keep claiming it's a cultural issue and I'm saying it's a religious issue.

I can provide u proof that cow is considered holy(and mother) in Hindu RELIGION...not Indian culture.
An Indian Muslim or an Indian Christian doesn't consider cow holy nor mother. So unless u provide me proof/evidence where Indian Muslims or Indian Christians consider cow holy or mother as part of their culture...only then ur argument has some weight. Otherwise it's total BS. So show me proof

In case u keep up with news...there was a news story not too long ago about a Muslim woman in Indian Kashmir who slaughtered a cow publicly as a protest against beef ban. So much for ur argument about Indian Muslims CULTURALLY thinking of cow as a mother :azn:

Agree. I have also met many people who await their non-productive parents and other senior citizens death who have become a burden on the family and the society at large.
You cannot compare the two.
You impregnate cows continously so they keep producing milk. You have no role for a male calf as mechanization of agriculture has left no use for them. These abandoned calves and bulls form hordes and destroy crops and lay siege to roads.
This is not sustainable, your gaushalas are not capable of handling 300 bulls from each gram panchayat.
You can be emotional as much as you want, but if you have to protect the cows, you will have to let the bulls be slaughtered.

.
When their owners don't care about the cows, why would any political party do that. This issue needs a popular vote or referendum. I have met thousands and thousands of people in various cities and towns of India. Hardly anyone has even touched a cow, ever in their lives. Most won't care if the bovines are slaughtered away from the public eye.
I would differ. Farmers will not let their cows get slaughtered. Farmers also don't abandon their cows after their productive lifespan ends. I would quote a farmer who i met "the cow was born in my house, provided milk to my family and would be burried in my house".
These emotions are not there for bulls though. We should allow bull slaughter

.
Cow slaughter should be banned, buffalo slaughter too. It's essential to bring down the cost of milk. The price of milk and it's product has skyrocketed in last few years. Ghee which is used to be available at 200 per kg is now being sold at 650 per kg.
Most Indians specially in north are veg and if they won't be able to afford milk or ghee where they will get their nutrition from?

.
I always plump for cow beef because its naturally lustrous to eat whereas buffalo ones is bit light and low on cholesterol.

.
No one kills a productive cow.

The roads of most Indian cities differ.

Forcefully impregnating cows is unethical. Such dairy and meat should be banned. Instead we should think about legalizing slaughtering humans and consuming human meat. Even UN is trying to find ways to decrease human population. There are lot of opportunities here

1) Unproductive senior citizens
2) Farmers who cannot make a profit with their produce
3) Students who cannot get a seat to pursue their studies
4) Graduates who cannot find a job
5) Girls who have been raped
6) Unwanted babies who need to be aborted
7) Families who cannot make a living etc.

U dont fool me jobless bhakt,,trying to incite hatred.
@Zarvan iss fake muslman ki class lo,,ask somtng which cant be easily found on internet
Lol.

I met the man.

You fake pseudo atheist Hindus/whatever you call yourself are not fooling anyone. Just like the fake secular Constitution that you claim to uphold.

The Muslims of that country should obey the law of that country @Soumitra
Even if it goes against common sense?

Do Hindus keep to firing crackers except for the time they have been allowed to?
No?

Will laws only apply or disproportionately apply ONLY to Muslims?
