BREAKING: Kuwait reduces diplomatic ties with Iran

The head of the state is an institution of the state in his own right.. the democratic system has many levels where one can protest up to the parliament..
Imagine if the protestors were walking towards and near the entrance of a military base to ask for civilian reforms.. that will make no sense and will be very suspicious.. the President or the king is a much higher than the military, he is usually the commander of all the institutions of the state.. hope you understand..
Maybe they should give them chance to stand in an election and vote for the head of state?

.
I think the Kuwaitis did this for the fear if they would be treated like Qatar
Saudi tries to impose itself..on the smaller persian gulf countries. They have to follow or they will be sanctioned by them like Qatar.
Saudi and UAE probably have made plans to invade Qatar and steal its gas (50-50 deal maybe).
They tolerate only Oman to be independent, whom they can use in crisis situations because of Omans role as negotiator. Kuwait and Qatar MUST listen to the 2 bosses (UAE and Saudi). Worst case is Yemen..they didnt bow down and now they are bombing them for 2,5 years.

Who choose that council?
No one..in Iran it is the religious supreme council of Ayatollahs.. in Kingdoms it is the monarchy council of princes..and in some you have both councils..for the Sunnis it is the council of Oulama or religious scholars combined with the ruling family who chose the next king..

In Iran its people whom directly vote for the council and the council would monitor the Leader , if what he does is against constitution and law then he would be removed ....

Where have you ever seen a popular vote of the supreme council in Iran?
Just forget it and let's stay on topic..

Far from it. Kuwait has been trying to endure the Islamic Republic as much as it could. Believe me, the age of annexing countries is long gone. KSA won't be able to take such a risky step that could jeopardize its relationship with the Arabian Gulf Countries, the US, and the World's powers. It is way too unrealistic to think that the UAE will be participating in that, b/c they simply know that they might be the next.

What is perhaps needed from the UAE is a gradual and civilized reduction of its commercial relationship with Iran, and also a civilized gradual reduction in the number of Iranian residents in the UAE. KSA could easily direct part of its state investment, and its resourceful businessmen community to replace any gap that such reduction can cause.

They should not fear anything. It is the popular will of the people in the Arabian Peninsula to join forces together. If you ask any random person from Aden in the South of Yemen or in Turaif in Northern KSA (over 3000 km distance), or in Abdali in the Northeast of Kuwait or in Mocha in Southeast Yemen, or in Jeddah in Western KSA or in Khasab (Eastern Arabia), or in Haql (KSA) in the northwest or in Sur (Oman) in the east, they will all say the exact same thing.

The people want further cooperation on all fronts and integration on all fronts one way or another. The current nation states can remain (federal state) for now but no doubt that at one point once again the Arabian Peninsula will be ruled as one entity formally. KSA is alpha and omega in this divine pursuit whether in its current form or with or without its current rulers.

Where have you ever seen a popular vote of the supreme council in Iran?

I think that only Iranians in the entire world would consider anything in Iran remotely democratic. It's a funny world.

Well to be honest some situations you can't be neutral specially in case of war or national security threat what Qatar did with the ikhwan is not acceptable or tolerable

. .
And it is only their opinion that matters.

Good. Will you then apply the same logic to Arab nations?

Bro, I was not talking about that policy but the general feeling among Arabs/citizens in the Arabian Peninsula. Qataris too want what I wrote in post 115 and are enthusiastic about it. In fact anything else would be strange. I was not talking about governments/regimes/people in power but the people by large. As I said what I described in the previous post is occurring and will continue to occur with or without the current rulers as this is the will of the people and not only that, makes perfect sense on every front.
