If they get rid of IK, PTI will be finished forever. This is what they think. And they know how to put blame on other causes. They have already informed PTI that PTI senior leadership is at risk, and that they don't have come out of Bani Gala due to this. That was the letter PTI was not receiving in Bani Gala.

But IK will come out whatever happens. May be this time he will lead from the front to increase morale of his workers. Just see what's happening at Swabi Interchange. Punjab Police is ready to fie tear gas on CM KPK. I am telling you, they are ready to go to any extent this time.

Exactly. A political schism in the country serves to entrench the establishment as different political entities would always look towards the army for patronage. It creates an image of a sole anchor is this fluid situation. A constant among the variables.

A weak, divided parliament and political system serves the military. Otherwise, had the politicians found some common ground, the military would lose power quickly as the constitution provides no room for military intervention.

Hypothetically, if only PPP, PML-N and PTI make a consensus that military's hold is to be weakened; there would be virtually nothing that the military could do. But as long as they have drawn daggers at each other, the military is happy.
