The person was going to board plane when she was informed about visa cancellation lol.

We appreciate the diplomatic gesture you've made in recent day in issuing a joint statement with us wrt the South China Sea and not allowing a platform for anti-China elements to spread extremism and separatism (which is probably in India's best interests too). the government said that Mr Isa could not be allowed to travel to India because Interpol has put out a "red-corner" notice for his arrest.
