BREAKING: Hezbollah says it stands in support of Pakistan and Kashmir’s right to self determination

Srinagar: Deputy Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sheikh Naim Qassem has extended his support for the people of Jammu and Kashmir demanding the right to self-determination.

“Yes, we support Kashmir and Kashmiris who are fighting for their right to self determination, because it is only this that will achieve a legal and political solution,” Qassem said.

Besides this, Qassem also reiterated his loyalty to Pakistan for their assistance to the Palestinian cause.

“I want to tell you that we have seen Pakistan closely, and seen them supporting the Palestinian cause in total. It is this that has convinced us in letter and spirit,” he said.

Qassim made these comments, while speaking on the 32nd death anniversary of Arif Hussain Al Hussaini.

In the video shared on social media, Qassem can be heard saying that, Hezbollah stands with the people of Pakistan and will support them.

Hassan Nasrallah is the current Secretary General of Hezbollah since his predecessor, Abbas al-Musawi, was assassinated by the Israel Defense Forces in February 1992.

Pakistan doesn't declare Hezbollah as terror org. Yet many Pakistanis on this thread are being Shah se zyada Shah ke wafadar by calling them terrorist based on Western Zionist stance.

Even China have great ties with Hezbollah and declares them legitimate movement.

Not a fan if iran and hezbollah but this will change things in IOJK. Shia areas like kargil and others will see support for Pakistan. Historically the shia areas have not been pro Pakistan.

And that's the key element to not to touch at all. The fight for self determination of Kashmir shall not be based upon sect at all. It has to be the fight of rights.

I hope you know FO of sovereign countries respond only to other countries or the statements of higher official's of other countries given in official capacity, Hizb ul Allah is neither a country nor an official representative of any other country, so you would not find any official respond from FO of Pakistan. Now having said this I think we in individual capacity (unofficially) should acknowledge this statement

Whatever Hizb ul ALLAH said or AQ or ISIS, why would any office will reply. I would have been more happy if Iran was openly and aggressively doing so. Indeed, FO will reply and acknowledge the support but not like this.

it is boring and flaming at the same time. You are a Pakistani so should support what Pakistan says not the an organization as such from outside of Pakistan. Instead of creating divide within country just for an organization outside; lest unite and fight for the Kashmir cause. Everyone has many skeletons and it needs alot of patience to listen and I don't see anyone ready as such. All I find is, lets throw mud at each other. Better to stop it right here.

Pakistan doesnt need to declare any non pakistanis organization as terrorists. Hezbullah might be good for Lebenon but it will not help us. Yes we can get some shia supports in India Kashmir Pakistan and thats it. You are equalling hezbullah with Arabs, we cannot afford to loose our relations with Arabs. Will Iran support Lashkars in Kashmir?
