Why are these attacks happening?
Because Pakistan is hurting the interests of those nations and we should keep on hurting. If they continue they can also hurt few embassies in Afghanistan.

Haramis know full well that the mazar is majority Barelvi on any given day. But like other posters said, they target both and they were all Pakistanis.

We don't need army to hit the consulate. The Indians are supporting the Afghan Gov and TTA hates that they will do it them selves we need to secure our borders.

I know one thing for sure and Shabaz Qalander is a tipping point for both Shia and Sunni and an attack on this shrine will be the worst nightmare for Afghanistan. Previously you might not have seen any action but after this there will an action in Pakistan, Afghanistan, UAE and India. As an attack on this shrine will unite against foreign powers. Attacking here was a mistake and this will unite and Army will push now.

We will have to wait and see, any potential operation takes weeks to plan and organise, I suspect a month or two down the line, we will see something which will be a befitting and appropriate response, H!ndians are directly challenging the CPEC initiative, I strongly believe the primary reason this chief was sworn in was due to CPEC, he has expertise in GB and Balochistan, he knows both areas very well indeed, both areas as you know are absolutely crucial to the success of this initiative and I strongly believe Bajwa will go the extra mile to ensure the success of CPEC.Kudos Farah.
