ISIS did that in Past, try to take responsibility of Attacks in Pakistan, but there is no Official existence of them in Pakistan, and for not blaming India, why not ? Indians think CPEC as threat, refer their IAF chief recent Statement, plus Indians have many consulates in Afghanistan there are numerous proves of Indian and NDS involvement in Attacks inside Pakistan, Blaming Indian will not solve anything but its time we Attack their Consulates directly ..
