1. it is debatable what "building infra" means... i would speak for building ( free to public ) high-quality hospitals, schools, colleges, parks, locality-level vertical farms, drastically huge public tranportation ( bus ), drastically reduced singular transportation ( cars ) etc... others would speak for more ( useless ) software parks, private banks, car showrooms, more roads and flyovers that carry them etc... do you know how few are cancer hospitals in india??

2. "the forces" matter only when there is a progressive social/political/economic system within the borders to call worth defending... otherwise what will be defended ( like now ) - reactionaries and capitalist criminals like sks microfinance?? what india needs for the next five yeas is for the forces to turn their guns inwards and become a security force and eliminate the two types of criminals i described above.
