i am not sure about that. if she proves it was indeed sexual assault he wont be able to sue her.

attempt of rape is not equal to rape and i dont know what punishment Bangladeshi law suggest for attempt of rape but i am sure its not what this woman did

its better to be kicked by your wife then to be chopped off by a knife... saying of a faithful husband.

well, actually there is No case of rape ever been reported before the Prophet of Islam. nor the issue was ever raised...so the opinion differs, so, its upto "Ijtehad". whatever be the law of the country...shall do..

i am not sure abt bangladesh but here in india i am personally aware of one such incident where the victim had gotten away by chopping private part of her asaultant. her defence she was totally under shock fromt the assault and she felt that she was abt to die from the brutal assault, there was knife close by to the assault place and she acted in self defence.

the judge bought the theory.

I have read about Sharia law and there is no such punishment for sex offenders ..Talibaan follow hanfi school of thoughts and there is no such things exist in hanfi school of thought. They suggest different punishment ..any way we leave this discussion for some other topic
