pakistani cities such as faisalabad,rawalpindi,sialkot and lahore are within a distance of 250-260KM from ladakh.
Islamabad is at 353 KM from ladakh but i dnt knw about karachi.

For that purpose ground version is ok and cost effective and many missiles can be fired.
The main purpose of Su30mki+Brahmos is to give Brahmos a longer range It would be funny if Brahmos is fired from air in our territory.
