Boycott India movement called on March 1, 2012 for all Bangladeshis

Nobody said that they can not be touched. They can be persecuted based on Indian civil law. But what is happening here is cold blooded murder for not getting bribe money which is not only inhuman but also gross violation of human right.

Civil law??, this is a criminal offense & generally no one asks the law breakers how they wish to be treated & proceed accordingly. Bribing or lack thereof is not an excuse. You bribe to do something illegal, don't do anything illegal & no bribe money will have to be paid.

. But as initial smuggling goods comes from India it is pointed out that it is sate sponsored smuggling.

So why is BD protesting the killing of smugglers? If it is India's doing, then surely BD must be happy with any killing of smugglers because it reduces their numbers. Do you now wish to argue that BD is in cahoots with these smugglers which is why you see so many BD posters here trying to prop up the rights of the so-called smugglers?

Smuggling needs to stopped by the Indians at 1st. This is Indian those who hire some poor people and children for trafficking. All the poor people of bordering region of Bangladesh is depending on these trades.

Are you sure Indian people dont jump? If you know Bengali the following documentary of crime watch for you. It describes how smuggling happens at the India Bangladesh border and Indian enters into Bangladesh. Smuggling happen from both sides. Not by one side alone.

This is common known story that Felani`s father provided 3000 rupee to a middle man to cross the border. The middle man was supposed to give the due amount to the BSF but that they likely not given to BSF and killing of Felani was the outcome.

BSF takes bribe is an open secret. The illegal trade now is about 5 billion usd n can hardly be ignored. Illegal cross border trade happen openly at both side of the border. Primary culprits is the BSF to let the smuggler in to Bangladesh and unfotunately BGB also take bribe later to settle and let them in.

Fellow Indian. N it happens most of the time. How many Bangladeshi has been killed or captured so far? If you take the whole picture of smuggling you will see 1000s and 1000s people from both side are involved. Yes both BD and India's member should not involve in smuggling. But hardly it is applicable in reality when the smuggling amount is so big. 3-5 billion usd. N real smuggler does not cross border from both side. They hire children and extremely poor man to do this. For every cow is trafficked they get 1500 taka and for every phensidyl bottle children those who are known as dhola get 10 taka. As I told earlier even USA try to protect it's citizen when they commit murder even in a foreign land. In no law n even in India it is not permitted to kill a smuggler. Even killing is not there as punishment in many country. So it is completely unjustifiable act to kill if they are already caught or can be caught. As I have already told protest was done mostly because all the murder were done intentionally not to stop smugger or for self protection. No civilized country can support it. UN, US, EU and even Indian human right organizations have protested it.

Total amount of smuggling and people involved from both India and Bangladesh is so huge that you can not justify the killing of some random people. If you see the video posted on #159 you will see all smuggling happen in broad day light openly by so many people. Hardly BSF STOP IT. BSF never even intend to stop n they even do not stop 1% of the smuggling. They just shoot some random smuggler for not getting bribe and that is enough to make fool like you.
