Super Hornets destined for the Kuwait Air Force with Bureau Number (BuNo) 169731, is seen flying test flight with callsign RED55 from St. Louis on 2 July 2020. It was the first flight of this F/A-18F Block III for Kuwait.

Homemade missiles? No, these are Iranian or Russian missiles. Also, Israel is far, far away from Kuwait.
