Very cold, could be sensors frozen giving false readings like air speed reading. Pilot didn't know, and plane stalled, pilot error mostly.

True. Lightening is nothing to jet. Every jet designed lightening safe. Almost every jet has dozens of lightening strike in 20-30 years of service.

The plane is quite old. They bought the plane not directly from Boeing, but from US airline. It shows it is a second hand plane. It is a low cost Airline. Due to Covid 19 measure, only half capacity that is allowed to fill the plane so the number of passenger is 50. There are 12 crews as well.
