Nobody likes Indian interferences in BD. But, instead of criticizing a govt policy on issue by issue, if a person, bashes the govt, only because it is not his choice govt, then ultimately it turns into anti-BD phobia.EW> Zakir's is not anti- BD phobia. He cannot just stand Bharati interference and Bharati manipulation of his country, just like any good Muslim
This is something you and I also cannot stand. The present Govt is an extension of Bharati mechanism that runs this country, nothing else.
I think you two have much in common and less in conflict if you delve deeply into this matter.
I can give you many many quotes from your own comments to show you two are saying the same thing just differently.
The Pakistanis who did, indeed commit atrocities are no more active, alive or relevant. Why we cannot have a bloody good relationship with Pakistan now, where India is squeezing us into a corner and leaving us no choice, is not clear to me.
We do not really have to dig out the ghost every time we open our mouths. See the post above by our brother Gin ka Pakistan has given us a landmark example of USA and Japan. No country suffered as much as Japan and Germany in the big War. Japan is the only country that thus far that had a nuclear holocaust - not once but twice, and yet the Japs do not hold it as a grudge against the Americans.
And most surely Al Zakir as others have every right to have their say as anybody else.
In discussing about national and bilateral issues people should come out with rational statements and not meaningless jargons. We have to accept the govt as it has been elected by the people. But, many posters go after Gen. Moeen as if all of them were in a movie house and Gen Moeen was doing all the pro-AL things on the big screen in front of them. Does it show rationality?
Now, when you say this govt is pro-Indian, then please point out in which points they are. What is your idea, how do you think of BNP? was not this Party more pro-Indian than even AL? Think how they have neglected BD agriculture, so that their cronies can import $500 million worth of Indian foods every year.
Think about BAZAZ CNG tricycles. That be-Huda minister stole hundreds of millions of dollars from the pockets of poor BD people. Hundred other anti-BD acts were done when BNP was in the govt. Why people do not criticize these anti-BD acts, but are lamenting BNP defeat? Why it is only AL is selling the country to India? Is it fair?
Why do we here act as if we are politicians, when we are not. We are just a bunch of common people who want BD to rise above and is respected by people throughout the world. When Indians are bashing us in every opportunity we people here are bickering 'la-Hasina', 'la-Hasina.'
It is only image that AL is selling and BNP is not selling. In reality both are same. By the way, like zakir I also have the freedom to express my opinion about my country. Opinion should not be such that someone, shouting about Indian domination, should then try to sell the country to Pakistan.
I will keep on protesting this. A BD citizen must remain faithful to his motherland in his word and action. But, I find people here are trying to appease Pakistan. It is very strange. Because of the existence of this kind of Munafiqs, both India and Pakistan fondly kick our country. Not only that, how a person can say against another religionists who are our own citizens? Is it rational? Concept of a nation is missing from their MAGZ. Freedom of expression, specially when it is one's own country, does not allow a person to talk like an abnormal mad that only peropagate hates.
