Sacrifices of Shias and Sunnis in Lahore(Karbala Gamay shah & Data Darbar) and Quetta wouldn't be waste.
Picture is more clearing ,This is not Shia-Sunni conflict.Taliban of Afghanistan and their allies in Pakistan(TTP,LJ,SSP....) are the enemy of both Shia and sunni in Pakistan.
These sacrifices are more justifying the Army operation in FATA.I suggest that Pakistan Army should warn Taliban and their allies to make a final combat against them in Pakistan and Afghanistan also.
Air strike and Army operation on taliban in Afghanistan and Pakistan should required to cut the evil bud.
All madressas of taliban sect (wahabi) in Pakistan and FATA should be banned.
This is only solution to curb the evil deeds of taliban, otherwise we would keep paying.

These 'uneducated & imprisoned women' could have traveled alone from kandahar to kabul, without the fear of been raped or robbed in talib's rule.

You do that in educated and democratisized pakistan, take a trip from islamabad to karachi by car alone, than see what happens.

Under taliban rule, it was a criminal offence for a women to appear in street without a blood relative,let alone travel from kandahar to kabul alone.

*Women must not speak loudly in public as no stranger should hear a woman's voice.
*Women were forbidden to appear on the balconies of their apartments or houses
*Ban on women's presence on radio, television or at public gatherings of any kind
*Women should not wear high-heeled shoes as no man should hear a woman’s footsteps lest it excite him.
*Women were forbidden to ride in a taxi without a mahram.

Toll from Quetta blast rises to 65

QUETTA: The death toll from a suicide attack on a Shia Muslim procession rose from 56 to 65 overnight as critically wounded people died in hospital, police said.

Police official Mohammed Sultan said Saturday that about 150 people were wounded and some remain critical after the attack claimed by the Pakistani Taliban in the southwestern city of Quetta. A triple suicide attack Wednesday night killed 35 people at a Shia procession in Lahore.

Leaders of the minority sect called a general strike in Quetta and all schools are closed for a day in mourning, police said.

Pakistan's government is struggling to deal both with massive flooding and the incessant militant violence aimed at overthrowing the administration. — AP

The Taliban were ruthless, mercenaries. They killed without reason and failed to show compassion, they were harsh towards women, men and children alike. They have a very efficient system to maintain secrecy, info is on a need to know basis and no one other than the high command know of an attack in advance, that is why it is virtually impossible to get credible intel in time.

But going back to your argument, the US has provided billions of dollars in aid and development grants to Muslim nations around the world, far more than the 'Arab Ummah' has provided, so what is your conclusion about the US?
