Are you sure all mullahs in all mosques for centuries talk the same thing. There are no mullah who endorse and glorify violence? Yes they are not the main problem, but an innocent boy learns to hate from them first.

whats wrong in moving out at night? our city is very much an alive city. night life here also goes on. the area which had been targeted is always crowded. it has many media offices besides the plazas house mostly students from other areas (far flung tribal areas also ) who are residing there and studying at schools, colleges and universities in Peshawar.

Yes, exactly like that. Only differnce is they neither have access to proper weapon, nor will GoI tolerate them. Three guys caught in samjhota blast and ministers have already dubbed it as hindu terror and said they are bigger challenge than other terror.

That correlation is a false one. The trouble started with U turn from jihadi support. When you turned the heat on your own monsters they want to trouble you.
It accelerated afterwards, now significant number of jihadis consider pakistan as enemy number 1.

In mid 1990s there was a great big uprising in favour of shariah system.There was an armed militia created with support of influential figures such as 'Maulvi Bijleeghar' of Peshawar.PA was mobilized to tacle the problem and they did it so successfully that as far as I know not a single bullet was fired by PA.
They surrounded the area and sat in their armoured vehicles and let the people fire at them. Soon they got bored. ran out of munition and their support dwindled. Then after the militants had their go. PA sent negotiators and truce was called. Then they asked GOP to allow optional shariah courts in the swat area.and that was allowed by GOP.Ihad a chance of talking to those swati militants who were up in arms firing at PA. None of them had a single bad word against PA.

I don't think situation is out of control. Pakistan Army has full control and can clean up the bad guys. But they don't want to lose the "strategic assets" they built over decades.

In fact, I can see Pak-Army, ISI smelling great opportunities here, as USA is leaving by 2014. So, they will sign a truce and keep these bad guys alive for future use against neighbours and I think USA won't mind that even.

This is as usual good power-politics for leaders of Pakistan who enjoy $$ and power, but bad for aam abduls, because they will gain nothing from these kind of things. What aam abduls want is, do wakt ki roti aur makaan.

The problem is that PA ia fighting WOT as per instructed by USA and not as theh want to do it. The/ there is CIA who dont come under anybodys jurisdiction.and dont listen to anybody.They are a bunch of egomaniacs with access to all sorts of gizmos and unlimited cash.
they keep making things difficult for pakistan with their arranged terrorism in reactioN to various actions taken by PA or GOP
