Blast in Lahore's Z Block area Reported

Well made IED.
Blast was designed to spray shrapnel in the direction of car park.
People were hit by shrapnel 50 metes away and got killed

Rana Sanaullah just said that there were 3 gas cylinders in the place so still I would like to change my statements for the blast.

I saw the Footage after the blast it was a big blast but probably not meant to detonate here just a storage place by some terrorist who is working as a labourer at the site.

I remain strong advocate of launching deep strikes using missiles inside Afghanistan, in attempt to kill the leadership.....

this is a war of perception as much as substance.... change the perception.... we need to be looking like an aggressor, to mitigate psych effects of such blasts....

It wasn't a bomb blast neither some Baroodi Mawad 5 Cylinders of 25 KG each blasted. Gas leakage was noticed even few days ago but nothing was done and which resulted in this

Rana Sanaullah clearly said it was probably gas cylender in the place but they must have found the remains of the cylinders till now.
The blast had a huge sonic bomb that supports theory of the cylinders.
the blast was wrongly timed so that also finishes the factor of terrorism to some extend but not at whole.
The place of the blast was wrong cause if the planter had access to the building access to the building next door was not so difficult. and that would have given more damage.
There could be a chance that it was an attempt not to score deaths but to create fear for PSL.
If it was cylinders so why so long to give judgement as cylinders clearly leave the casing behind for evidence.
the building that was targeted was next to the bank and there are usually only parked cars in front of the building so still it was not a good choice of target.

Where is ISI???, they claim to be the best in the world but here they are certainly out matched by the enemies in every aspect. We can ourselves see that most of the Pakistani members still confused, Indians are trying their best to confirm the news as terror attack.

ISI is centainly not the best in world ..but they are good ... They had their fair share of success and failures .. Like any other spy agencies in world .. Look at the history KBG was best in world at that time still soviet were defeated and disintegrated ... A spy agency can't do anything required to be done in a country .. Nope . It was a low intensity blast , with specially designed IED for spraying Shrapnel.

This building is 100 meters away from blast site and you can see the shrapnel holes

What wrong did I say ...pls dont blame India now ...ok even if any foreign country is doing it in pakistan then why ISI is not stopping it ...innocent people are getting killed what was there fault having lunch at a restaurant ...even if Raw Mossad Cia or any xyz is doing it then whats ISI is doing

You did not say wrong but we the affected people do not want any advise from people of a country to whom we think is responsible for terrorism in Pakistan.
HOWEVER, It was already informed here three days ago, and market was sealed. Threat news was issued and now its duty of Police to take necessary actions in affected areas not ISI.

It was initial investigation CTD after collecting all the evidences have given report. 5 Cylinders were brought last night. Which were all fully fill and that resulted in blast.

It wasn't IED when 5 cylinders blast this is what happens. It was pretty clear to me from morning that things are not adding up. There was no bomb involved in was gas leakage which resulted in blast.
