So they have started it again blaming Pakistan and ISI will be next and than they will try to threaten us okay I think final showdown with India is not far away:sniper:
Are you some one who has a low IQ, have to read the posts starting from number #1 to the last and made such a idiotic comment.
No one has accused Pakistan or its involvment in the terrorist attack. The HUJI has itself claimed responsibility and the Indian Investigation team is investigating to athenticate the same.
If you are here to send -ve ideas, your move was very pathetic and even the Pakistani members will spit on your foolish post.

your usual rant aside, This may lead to pressuring Pakistan into frisking HUJI recruit centers and freezing their finances or may lead to a major raid in Bangladesh by Bangladesh police to arresting Huji elements in Bangladesh. Deadly explosion outside high court in Delhi

Bangladesh-based group HUJI has reportedly claimed responsibility for blast that left at least 11 people dead.

A bomb apparently hidden in a suitcase has exploded outside the high court in New Delhi, India's capital, killing at least 11 people and wounding 45 others, officials said.

"This is a cowardly act of a terrorist nature," said Manmohan Singh, India's prime minister, who is currently on a visit to Bangladesh.

"We will never succumb to the pressure of terrorism. This is a long war in which all political parties, all the the people of India, have to stand united so that this scourge of terrorism is crushed."

Addressing parliament on Wednesday, Palaniappan Chidambaram, the country's interior minister, said: "We are determined to track down the perpetrators of this horrific crime and bring them to justice."

Delhi police released the sketches of two suspects hours after the bombing.

Authorities said the outlawed Harkat-ul-Jihad Islami (HUJI) group, with bases in Bangladesh and Pakistan, had sent an email claiming responsibility for the attack, the Reuters news agency reported.

"That mail has to be looked at very seriously because HUJI is a very prominent terrorist group among whose targets India is one," SC Sinha, National Investigation Agency (NIA) chief, told reporters.

In an email to the NIA, the group called on India to repeal the death sentence of a man convicted in connection with an attack on the Indian parliament in 2001 who was awaiting execution by hanging.

Police cordoned off the area, not far from parliament and the prime minister's office.

The attack was carried out even though the capital had been on high alert because parliament was in session.

The blast erupted near a large crowd of people waiting in line to reach a reception counter where passes are made for entry to the court building, RK Singh, home secretary, said.

"It appears that the bomb was in a suitcase because we have the remains of that suitcase," he told a local TV channel.

The state government in Delhi has announced compensation of Rs 400,000 [$8671.14] to the next of kin of those killed and Rs 100,000-200,000 [$2168-4336] for those injured.

Site cordoned off

People ran to the blast site to assist the injured, piling them into auto-rickshaws to take them to the hospital.

Fire engines and ambulances were also sent to the scene.

Forensic teams along with sniffer dogs and a bomb disposal unit were apparently checking for any further explosives.

Sanjay Kumar, a police official, said the court building was evacuated after the blast.

According to local news channels, the blast took place just before the court opened for hearings at about 10:am local time [4:30 GMT].

The explosion shook the courthouse, sending lawyers and judges fleeing outside, Sanjiv Narula, a lawyer who was in the building, said.

"There was smoke everywhere. People were running. People were shouting. There was blood everywhere. It was very, very scary," Sangeeta Sondhi, another lawyer, said.

Television images showed scores of lawyers in black coats running from one of the main gates of the building.

The blast in the heart of the capital will renew concern about the authorities' ability to prevent attacks, particularly in sensitive, high-risk areas.

"This is a glaring example of the shortage of intelligence, both human and technical," Ajai Sahni, executive director at the Institute for Conflict Management in New Delhi, said.

In May, a low-intensity blast outside the same court triggered panic but injured no one. The explosion on Wednesday was outside the busiest gate of the high court.

The blast was the first major attack in India since a string of bombs exploded in three busy Mumbai neighbourhoods on July 13, killing 24 people.

Deadly explosion outside high court in Delhi

Bangladesh-based group HUJI has reportedly claimed responsibility for blast that left at least 11 people dead.

New Delhi: Harkat-ul-Jihad-al-Islami (HuJI) means the "Islamic Struggle Movement." HuJI is an Islamist terrorist organisation active in Pakistan, Bangladesh and India since the early 1990s. The most famous HuJI operative was the commander of its 313 Brigade, Ilyas Kashmiri, who was killed in a US drone strike in South Waziristan on June 4, 2011.

HuJI was originally formed by jehadists Fazalur Rehman Khalil and Qari Saifullah Akhtar during the Soviet-Afghan War in 1984. Khalil later broke away to form his own outfit, Harkat-ul-Ansar.

After the Soviet retreat from Afghanistan, HuJI turned its attention to the Kashmir 'cause' and began exporting terror to the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir under the patronage of ISI and the Pakistani establishment.

Pak link to Delhi High Court blast

Zeenews Bureau

New Delhi: Even as the investigating agencies grope in the dark about crucial leads pertaining to Delhi High Court blast, Pakistan’s links to the incident have come to fore on Wednesday.

As per reports, a Noida-based boy, identified as Neeraj, had received a phone call from an unknown caller from Pakistan on August 17 suggesting that a blast was imminent in Delhi in the near future.

The caller didn’t divulge more details about his location but stressed that vital installations in Delhi would be blown at a chosen time.

The boy, who lives in Bhangel area of Noida, immediately passed this information to the Noida Police Control, which later passed it to its superior officers and Delhi Police.

The boy himself tried to verify the veracity of the phone call (number – 923453367472), which was later traced to a military camp located in Islamabad.

This was confirmed by Anant Dev, SP City Noida, who said, “A boy identified as Neeraj received a phone call from an unknown location about a possible bomb blast in Delhi. The boy claimed that the call was made from Pakistan. We had passed this information to concerned officers for further verification.”

Unfortunately, no deliberate attempts were made on the part of the investigating agencies to verify the authenticity of the phone call and the matter was pushed to the back burner.

However, with the Pakistan-based terrorist outfit Harkat-ul-Jihad-al-Islami (HuJI) claiming responsibility for today’s blast, the needle of suspicion has once again turned to the neighbouring country.

Lending credence to the involvement of Pakistan-based elements, HuJI today sent an email claiming responsibility for the blast outside Delhi High Court this morning.

“We own the responsibility for today's blasts at Delhi High Court. Our demand is that Mohammed Afzal Guru's death sentence should be repealed immediately else we would target major High Courts and the Supreme Court of India," the email sent by HuJI said.

A 20-member team led by the National Investigations Agency (NIA) is examining the email sent by HuJI.

Reacting to HuJI’s e-mail, NIA chief SK Sinha said the mail sent is being looked at since HuJI was involved in the Mumbai blasts too.

HuJI's hand is suspected in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack at Chabad House in Colaba.

At least eleven people were killed and over sixty others injured when a high-intensity blast went off outside the Gate number 5 of the Delhi High Court.
