The third point is blashpemous to me and has hurt me feelings.
What realistic chance do I have of filing an FIR under Blashphemy laws against everyone who has signed it?

(If like people are saying, this law is applicable on everyone?)

Hi .
Sorry to respond as you are persecuted and oppressed ?
Doesn't your own religion advocate the same ?? (All are Kaafir who dont believe in Mirza ???

Blasphemy case against man for ‘torching Bible’
KASUR: The Ganda Singh police arrested a man and registered a blasphemy case against him for allegedly burning a Bible and other religious books in a Church at Sanda Phattak village.

Complainant John Masih stated in the FIR that his wife, Sadiqan Bibi, saw a man torching copies of the Bible and other religious books in the church.

He said Sadiqan locked the church door from outside and informed him (John) and others about the incident. Later, Pastor Shakeel Nasir, Ishaq Masih, Arshad Masih and some other villagers came to the church. They informed the police and later handed the accused over to them.

The accused was identified as Azhar of Sialkot district. Police said the accused seemed to be a deranged person. Meanwhile, a delegation of around 20 Christians from Kasur and other districts met DPO Ali Nasir Rizvi.

The DPO said the delegation expressed its satisfaction over the timely action taken by the police.

The DPO said the situation was peaceful and under control.

LOOTED: At least 10 robbers looted yarn, cloths, a motorcycle and mobile phones worth Rs1 million from a textile unit on Ferozepur Road near Bhalo village in Mustafaabad on Wednesday.

Reports said the armed men barged into the textile unit owned by Yasir Sadiq and held the staff and workers hostage. They loaded yarn, cloths and a bike on a truck and escaped with the booty.

Police have registered a case and are investigating.

SHOT DEAD: Rivals shot dead a man over a money dispute at Raja Jang village on Wednesday.

Reports said Muhammad Mansha of Lahore had a dispute of Rs2.6 million with Umar Hayat. On Wednesday, Hayat called Mansha at his outhouse and gunned him down.

Raja Jang police have registered a murder case against Hayat and his three accomplices on the complaint of victim’s son Saeed Ahmed.

I demand to push him according to Islamic law, so that everyone know that Islam will not be used for personal gain.

This is just an English translation for: "Koi pagal lagta hai."

The police say this for anyone doing anything.

i am really surprise ....blasphemy case against muslim in pakistan
Most of those accused under this law are Muslims who have been unfortunate enough to be born poor and somehow aggravated Chowdhry Sahab.

.
The law is not only for Non Muslims and very well applies to Muslims too. This guy be taken to task and made example of. This would be a stern warning for everyone else like him.

In the context of our police this simplicity in communication does not hold.

From experience I can tell that this is mostly is a ploy which is added in the FIR serves as reason for the accused to seek medical checks. The Doc in turn declares the accused as ' mentally unstable' which serves as an escape clause as he was not in control of his senses when he committed a crime.

Was this meant to be funny or sarcastic ?

Where does it say that the statement was placed in the FIR?

There is no concept of "Blashpemy law" in Ahmadiyya Madhab. Matter of Kufr etc is a theological debate which is not the purpose of my post.

My post was a tongue in cheek swipe at the supposed equal enforcement of this law.

I dont know why our nation is VERY extremist?!

When they are opening up by charging everyone you are just creating mischief as per the Quran :enjoy:

Why not let the law settle in .... baby steps before giant leaps?!

But my question is still valid? (My origional post was not serious).
