Hindus call God's avatars as gods and goddesses / Devtas and Devis. They believe God is eternal and he guides mankind by his avatars or manifestations. In Islam Allah sends messengers to guide mankind but in Hinduism God himself manifests as human beings to guide mankind. Krishna took birth as an avatar of God Brahman who takes human forms time to time to guide mankind to him, the ultimate supreme GOD. Hindu God Brahman lives in every creations. In that sense Krishna himself is God almighty in Hinduism because he and Brahman are one. Hindus even consider Gautama Buddha as 9th avatar of Vishnu-The preserver who is the 2nd form of Brahman. Buddha is also god in Hinduism.

Krishna might be messenger of Allah for Hindus.
