College kay exams the? If yes, then tell Uncle Aunty 67% is good percentage! 12th ka tha, toh less hai, par bura nahi hai... Moreover, if you have $$$$, nothing can stop you from studying abroad...

If you want to purse something in Computers; then do it from India, as we are par with west. Once you finish your studies, you can go abroad. Waha say yaha padh karf ayega, kuch hasil nahi hona... This is what I think!

Foreign countries may admission mil jaeyga, not in Indian Universities. Kucjh Jaan Pechan hai toh, waha bhi jo jayega ($$$).

It's a private university. Therefore, there shouldn't be any problem in getting admission in it. Indraprastha University main entrance exams hota hai..Minimum % is around 55% (ain't sure about it now, 2010-11 may utna hi tha). University ka website visit kar ley, yah phir consular say bat kar...
