There are dozens of reasons why old folk could have been healthier (if they really even were) - they had less stress, they ate natural organic food, they lived active lifestyles and had a strict routine in life, they didn't overeat, they didn't have massive sugar in their diets, etc.

Compared to the new generation where people are eating more junk food, sitting in front of a screen all day, constant stress in life, living in a polluted overcrowded world. So yes if you people are unhealthy today those are the reasons and people need to make changes in their lives.
