There should be atleast a dozen provinces in Pakistan, not based on ethnicity or language.

Pakistani provinces are too big where only one major city gets the development and others lack. Cities get overpopulated. More provinces are gonna develop more parts of Pakistan, will reduce population density, more people will likely to immgirate to different provinces depending on their particular needs, more people will intermix and inter marry.

This map is not what I would personally propose but I am just sharing it here for the only purpose of others understanding the basic picture of having more provinces.

Support the map except the side from attock to jhelum should be merged with lahore and red portion until mianwali should be merged with peshawar and from mianwali onwards the portion should be merged with faisalabad as these regions have history of being together and share same languages, culture and customs other than this mansehra should be capital of mardan instead of mardan.
