My point was that It depends from country to country. Iran may have issues with Saudis in Yemen and Syria. while Turkey may have issues with Saudis in Qatar and Chinese in Uyghurs but at the end of the day Pakistan needs to look at its national interests not the interests of other countries.

Pakistan due to its broken govt. and bureaucratic mafia has been delaying the ML-1 railway[Karachi-Peshawar] upgradation project.
This was fantastic opportunity to radically change and electrify our railway lines after which the train speed can cross 200 km/hr. it will reduce cost, awin-win for both. Cut the amount of time between North and South Pakistan as well as from the warm waters of Arabian Sea to Central Asia and China.
