Usman "Uzzy" Ahmed (born 21 November 1981) is a English professional boxer from Derby in England. He has fought for the English, British and Commonwealth super flyweight titles.[1]

Chris Edwards defeated Ahmed for the British title and Ashley Sexton knocked the Derby based fighter out in the first round of their fight for the English flyweight title.

In July 2010, Ahmed was scheduled to fight Luke Wilton in a rematch on their fight in Doncaster, England. However, Ahmed failed to attend the weigh in on 1 July, thus cancelling the fight.[2]

In early 2011 Ahmed gained notoriety following a YouTube video edited to show his over the top entrance for one fight followed by the knockout by Ashley Sexton went viral. The video has over 5 million views[3] and US Sports personality Scott Van Pelt uses a picture of Ahmed from the video as his twitter avatar[4] and has mentioned the video on his radio show on ESPN Radio[5]

@salmakh84

he is in no way a DESI, he is just a pathetic shoda acting funny, & he is not the only one , infact many teenagers have this peculiar ghettoish attitude, which to any sane minded person seems pathetic & also funny at the same time.

Of all the cultural exports from the U.S., I have never understood the following:

- "Bling"... ridiculous, fat jewelry
- Pants that droop showing underwear. Yesterday I was behind a guy like this in line, and all I could think was "Dude, I really don't need to see you a$$."
- The general black hip-hop scene, which encompasses the above.

Black Americans are already moving away from the gangsta garbage.

Bling Bling was presumably gangster innovation to show off all the precious metals..
And drop down pants were from Jails? Prisoners had to deposit their belts when in prisin so that they cant use it to strangle themselves or others,and so their pants were always on the edge...The trend became fashion..

Now imagine me in a mosque praying behind a person who is wearing those lose pants,and in that place of spirituality...i see hairy fat arse staring at me...

Happens all the time,,specially when youngsters come to the mosque in friday prayers.
