Chittagong region is the only part of BD is actually tourism worthy. Nobody wants to see plain green agricultural land and over populated Dhaka.
Giant Salties or Estuary Crocs are found In Australia and Sri Lanka as well, No need to go to some god forsaken swampland to see them, So goes for Tigers.. India and Nepal have more than enough well managed national parks and well developed tourist hot spots for that, So like i said try explaining that to a stupid keyboard warrior who think Indonesia has nothing over some swamp..
But we want to develop and promote our idea and services, there is no wrong in highlighting our cards. This thread is also about Bangladesh tourism.
Peace
Regards.
Yes i realize that, Bangladesh has potential and i wish it the best because i personally know B'Deshi's in real life are down to earth hard working people, They have my utmost respect for what they have achieved.. My response was to the delusional retard of the stronk brigade here on PDF that always try to belittle another country in attempts chest beat about some fantasy, Without an iota of knowledge about the wider world.. In this instance Indonesia
And why do you spend so much time on someone else's forum like the loser you are?
They got a million+ "tourists" last year....they call them rohingya and they will be "touring" BD for a long time
Stop posting BS, Then no one will need to retort your stupid little rants, Or better stick to your day job and leave these discussions for learnt adult individuals
Irony coming from a loser like you.
Anyway I will leave you to your sad little existence whoever you really are.
You know how big Bangladesh it is? And how big Indonesia it is? Indonesia at least a dozen times much wider and with population only half more than Bangladesh, naturally we got much Natural and virgin heavy rainforest along with millions acres untouched mangrove forest as Indonesia is the largest archipelago in the world. No kidding, naturally we got more to offer than what Sundarbans cant, but in reality and cost development its much easier to developt Bali, Jogjakarta along with Komodo National park and Raja Ampat compared with National Park in East Kalimantan or Jambi province.
You just dont throw away money to sinkhole bottom without much result.

Get a load of the following
We have been seeing million tourist arrival tales since Pakistan time. Now, exactly when you guys will make it happen? Instead of waiting for foreign tourists, BD Tourism guys should focus on the local tourists. BD people actually like to visit and see many places. I expect them to be within BD instead of going to India in scores.Like I say Indonesia has neither Bengal Tiger or 20ft man eating crocodiles. BD also has river dolphins dude.
Being bigger does not mean better.
We shall see whether a large number of tourists can be attracted.
Idiot, why do you bemean other countries like Indonesia where the govt. is expecting 20 million tourist arrival? You are a real dumb guy never seen even a tiny part of the world except your own room. Do not you feel shame about what you write all the time? Do you think a country's tourism sector will improve by just wishing? Read an excerpt from Wiki.Like I say Indonesia has neither Bengal Tiger or 20ft man eating crocodiles. BD also has river dolphins dude.

But, guys like @UKBengali think even a tiny 10,000 MW production of power is good. Actually, these Chetona guys do not understand what really is the progress of a country. This is why they go after per capita GDP instead of making Dhaka clean that may attract the foreign tourists. I do not think @UKBengali has ever been out of BD. If so how he does not know about a developed country and why he is living in his fantasy world? In reality the videos of Dhaka street scenes are quite telling....as are the fact that Bangladesh still consumes energy per capita less than the region did in the 50s and 60s.
