This is the second visit by Alexander Lukashenko to Pakistan in sixteen months.

His business this time around is more like an R&R.
The R&R includes a meeting with the President of Pakistan.
While the officials included in his delegation do mean business.
Mr. President is accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister and five Ministers including Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Industry, Agriculture, Education, Taxation and Revenue besides other high level officials.

This wasn't the case in 2010 -2013 when security situation was bad. Zarb - e - azb , CPEC has made our country safe again. Saw alot of chinese in Lahore and Islamabad recently. Recently we had Queen of Netherlands , Head of states of Belarus , China Senegal , Srilanka , Mauritius , Iran . Am missing a few more too.
