While I know that it will not change anything about the way you think, let me outline a few things for you.
I am an atheist who happens to hold a Pakistani passport. I see no difference between myself and an Indian. If your version of patriotic nationalism entails vilifying Indians or for that matter anyone, I reject that version. Same goes for an Indian, if he were to vilify a Pakistani for just his identity, I reject it. I want peace and welfare for everyone in this world, not just for Pakistanis. I am, in other words, an Internationalist. People like me wish to strengthen global institutions and hope that one day the nation state will give way to a One World Order.
