The prime objective of ISI and RAW is to mint money. These two intelligence agencies don’t have to worry about internal stability because South Asia is a very peaceful region. These two agencies don’t have to worry about external aggression because physical geographical barriers make foreign invasions next to impossible. Moreover they know that their immediate neighbors aren’t really interested in capturing any territory controlled by others. The lip-service and rhetoric about defending the country’s borders are for popularity and public consumption.
Now you know why the borders between India and Pakistan haven’t changed for 70 years even in so-called disputed region of Kashmir.
So what do ISI and RAW actually do?
ISI and RAW are obsessed with making money by duping American, Scandinavian and other Western countries. In fact the lion’s share of their revenue comes not from the tax-payers money but from Western funding. To earn this revenue, the two agencies of ISI and RAW cooperate, coordinate and even help each other. Actually they are the best friends of each other.
Revealing some classified information. It is well known that West led by USA plays one country against another, make them fight and go to war with each other. The reasons are various: arms sale, lethargic attempts to colonize by destabilization, developed country’s arrogance and racism etc. A popular example that comes to mind is USA orchestrating the Iran-Iraq war. What is not publicly known is they have been doing this to India and Pakistan since 1947 without success. And the way they do it is funny and interesting.

This illegitimate money is channeled through Hawala transaction. As PCI chairperson Justice Markandey Katju has said, “Ninety per cent of South Asians are “idiots” who can easily be misled by mischievous elements in the name of religion. You mad people will start fighting amongst yourself not realizing that some agent provocateur is behind this. A communal riot could be incited in Delhi for as meager an amount as Rs 2,000.” He said that all somebody has to do is make a mischievous gesture of disrespect to a place of worship and people start fighting each other.

Why would AMERICANS do this? It is a run up to U.S. colonial rule in South Asia. Americans have some convolute plans.
Right now, Pakistanis don’t regard Indian Muslims as Muslims. Americans want to unite Muslims of both countries and play them against Hindus. It’s a divide-and-colonize policy.
Did you ever think why pro-Hindu news channels like TIMES NOW raked up Babri demolition issue? Because it is also on the payroll of West. It is helping USA in starting communal tensions.
This strategy of divide-and-rule is unscientific because it creates problems for the target country but it doesn’t have any significant effect. The British were able to colonize South Asia in 18th century because of military campaign and not because of sponsoring internal subversive forces. In 20th century, due to Western efforts there were some conflicts - 1965, 1971, Siachen, Kargil etcetra. But it didn’t have the effect the West desired i.e. chaos followed by West stepping in to colonize south Asia. South Asia remained independent. Borders remained unchanged. The status quo in Kashmir holds till now.
May be this shoddy plan of throwing money at South Asians to harm each other would have borne the results if the West had persevered, sustained and intensified their practice. But that was not to be. Westerners are a lazy lot and fatigue would set in them after 3-4 years. Their intelligence agencies would get bored of this funding business, their effort would taper off and they would give up the idea of colonizing South Asia.
Now the interesting part: The Western intelligence agencies never built up their institutional memory. Everything was stored in the memory of their staff. They didn’t document their activities. They hardly maintained any detailed notes of what they did and how they did it. The result was that the organization’s successors wouldn’t know that what they were doing was already tried by their predecessors. An allegorical/metaphorical video would be useful in explaining.
