Bangladesh is no Pakistan Munshi, no one in India will ever take a Bangladeshi threat seriously. Proxy war isn't an option either as you can't deter us like Pakistan can (for now at least). The only thing we're concerned about is illegal immigration. Other than that our governments have agreed to work together, it is up to us to build a better future for ourselves. Infighting will get us nowhere. If the BDR is indeed encroaching upon our land I'm sure Delhi and Dhaka can sort it out, there's no need to waste time fantasizing about a war that will (rightly so) never come to pass.

BSF is falsly accusing BDR only to use it as a pretext to permanently capture our land. This is what India is doing all the time. It encroaches inside BD, Nepal, and it has captured a large chunk of Pakistani territory in Kashmir. With such a nice boy record that every body knows too well, India is crying wolf. Who would believe India?

My theory...I don't think land is the problem. BSF doesn't have mandate to 'capture land'. My belief is this...the REAL problem is large scale migration of Bangladeshis towards the Indian side + lack of a political response form the indian side to check it. The BSF must be using extreme tough (terror?) tactics to put in some fear in the minds of the border people. I don't think BDR ppl are angels, and must be giving a helping hand to some of those migrations and hence the rivalry between the two.

I'm neither supporting nor absoliving anyy side, just trying to theorize on viable scenarios rather than get carried away with wild conspiracy theories.
