Typical analysis is not going to help you here. You have no linkage of Pulwama with Pakistan. Generalisation have lead you to this global isolation that no one is blaming Pakistan for Pulwama.

Pakistan does support liberation of Kashmir - before Pulwama and after Pulwama. Pakistan does stand with Kashmiris before Pulwama and after Pulwama, but this stand doesn't implicate it of Pulwama.

Bring evidence of Pakistan's involvement - or handle it within your occupied territory. You don't trust Pakistan do you? Fair enough, take evidence of Pakistan's involvement to UN or to USA and let's see what you have, and until this happens, your country is welcome to stay aloof.
