Tim Willcox was 100% correct, he stated many critics of Israel would suggest Palestinians suffer at Jewish hands as well. He was stating the viewpoint of critics of Israel, implying that he was blaming world jewry is laughable and an attempt to take this dudes job.

To the scale that world Jewry went thru back in the 1930s like his respondent said ? That would mean any Palestinian anywhere in the world would face overt and cover discrimination from governments and businesses. That is like saying spanking a child for disciplinary reasons is the same as sadistic abuse. Like it or not, world Jewry have suffered far more in terms of scale than the Palestinians have in the current conflict. Wilcox was wrong in trying to make that association and worse, he knew it. It was a jab at Israel that he could not resist.

If he had asked why are ''muslims killing and enslaving yazidis'' at a rally to remember some palestinian civilian victims he would have faced criticism from sections of audience too. As long as that criticism and protest is peaceful I fully support their right to do so.
