BBC - Is Trump losing the China trade war?

That is not a hard thing to do here is map lol

Another good strategy could be to give competitions directly to Trump business. He has business in many countries like Trump towers just make towers in competition. He will run to the table.

That's really useful.

I was never really interested in American politics, it seemed horrible to me, mostly a bunch of Alt-Right Neo-Nazi white supremacists clashing with a bunch of Social Justice Warriors and Black Lives Matter. They all seem to behave exactly the same way, just on different sides of the field.

But now I guess it might be useful to know a bit more about it.

Though maybe we should just bribe Jared Kushner directly. China's offer to invest some cash in a "Trump family business" in Indonesia seemed to work really well.

That is what works best for USA. USA is the most corrupt nation in the world, the only difference is that they have legalized corruption and there is now institutional corruption in USA. The very simple way to bribe US politicians is that there are many Chinese living in USA as US nationals just ask them to start funding election campaigns and give them a valid money trail of earning of those funds from business in China it is as simple as that.

Sounds pretty cheap as well. I wonder how much AIPAC spends per year to manipulate US politics?

It looks like Europe is serious this time, they are already writing the legislation that will ban EU companies from complying with American sanctions.

And Trump's giant U-TURN on ZTE shows that companies can continue trading US technology to Iran and North Korea with no real long-term consequences.

Trump has served the purpose, and now making a U-Turn.

China and Russia seem to have invested in the right guy this time. Big losers are US close allies. US enemies like China and Russia already know their enemy by its marrow.

China is including domestic processors in its government procurement plans, as the nation steps up its effort to promote the application of homegrown chips in government agencies and State-owned enterprises.

The move is likely to put pressure on U.S. tech giant Intel Corp whose chips are now widely used in China's server market, experts said on Wednesday.

According to a proposal published on the official website of the Central Government Procurement Center, servers powered by domestic central processing units including Loongson, ShenWei and Phytium are included in China's government procurement plan for 2018-19.

This is the first time that homegrown chip-driven servers have been included in such a proposal, underlying China's determination to promote the application of domestic processors which are making steady progress in performance. State-owned enterprises and government agencies are important buyers of information technology equipment in China.

Loongson is the brand name for China's first self-developed general-purpose microprocessor. ShenWei is a homegrown CPU that powers Sunway TaihuLight, the world's fastest supercomputer. Phytium CPUs are developed by the National University of Defense Technology, a top military academy in China.

I do not know how much more helpful Mr. Trump could be. I believe he deserved the $500 million contract. Maybe even more.

Chinese microprocessors are a priority for national security.

It has been shown time and again that Chinese microchips are a match for the best in the world, such as the ShenWei processors powering the world's number 1 supercomputer, or Huawei's Kirin chips which have beat Snapdragon to performance benchmarks before.

China already has the world's largest consumer market, and it is only going to keep growing in the future. Whoever takes a hold of this market is going to rule the economic waves.
