If you're government decides to change their stance, your media will too. Remember when the Chinese premier visited India, he said some BS about "India and China are always friends"... something like that.

As for the allegations, I won't bother replying since thread will turn into Tibet debate otherwise.

At least he didn't say something like India is Chinese largest enemy, did he?

. .
That is a lie.

I believe everyone who reads Indian news on a regular basis knows 62, beause there was a time I read Indian news everyday. Indian medias mentioned 1962 more than enough times before I quit reading.

Believe what you want but the common man has more pressing worries than some war that took place 50 years ago.

lol seriously I laugh at their delusion if they seriously think that the 'common man' in a country of 1.3 bn with more poverty and hunger than in Africa growing at nearly 10% have not many things to do other than worrying for China and the Chinese and a war that took place some 50 years ago!

Dude seriously! We are busier than that!

As per my observation in this forum, many Indians are more worried about the situation in China than it is India. Indian members started as many threads about China as we Chinese.

For instance, this one

Seriouly, dude, you when is this Chinese obssession gonna stop?

Chinese people should not be blamed for this. I believe the stupid CCP should be blamed for the delusions about India many Chinese are having.

If you read Chinese history text book, you can barely find anything negative about India. It doesn't teach you India is the country that has stolen 90,000 square kilometres territory from China, which is almost as big as two Taiwan.

If you read Chinese news about India, you just realise how incompetent Chinese medias are when they showing the real India to Chinese readship. Arresting innocent Chinese tourists, banning Huawei and ZTE from doing business in India, supporting Tibetan separatists in India, etc. all of these, nothing can be heard on Chinese mainstream channels. All we can hear is the cliche by Chinese officials that China cherish the friendship with India. Friendship with India? That is the larggest joke told by CCP.

Yep dam media in Indian gives wrong perception of China too. Just a few months ago they were making news on how Indian students in China are threatened by Communist regime (lol, no i dont have source becuase i watched on IBN Lokmat). And when I looked at my nephew's textbook On world histories studies ( Asia before Imperialism), not one negative aspect can be found. But if you talk with average indian on the street, they have no clue with what is going on with India-China except the border issues and recently more people know about J-20. I just sincerely hope that China and India bcome great partners and eventually solve all disputes, become strategic partners if not become allies and make West bow down. With China's help and experience in manufacturing and precision technology, as well as electronics combined with India's expertise in IT field, pharmaceuticals we can help each other expand, grow, and help foster our future generations to do the same.

He says... conveniently missing that part where there are way more Indians here than Chinese. Do I vaguely remember a thread comparing railway stations, railway stations for God's sake! Started by a Chinese member only recently?

And let's not forget the "Haha! You're poor" type threads.

That's another thing people here tend to forget, this is the "interwebz"! Hell, I could go to a gaming forum right now and be as friendly as I can and still be faced with relentless animosity. But hey, what can you do? Some people take the internet too seriously.
