Thats a logical question, But in reality, this is what happens,
first the illegal migrants get ration card, then driving licensce (you know in south asia all this can be purchased at few thousand rupees). Then next step is to get voting card based on above documents. So now you have a situation where a person is an illegal migrant came just few years before and is eligible to vote.

Fine, then that's alleged voter fraud, not vote bank politics. The problem and the solution lies with Indian authorities. It is unfair to walk around and say "you sound/look/act Bengladeshi, so you are probably illegal". Accents, customs and looks do not chnage abruptly across borders; they tend to form a continuum, so naturally, Indian citizens in border-adjacent areas will have some overlap with Bangladeshi citizens.
