A Telugu Vice Admiral ordered INS Vikrant to pound Chittagong & Mongla ports back in 1971 when Bangladesh didn't even exist.

The damage inflicted was so heavy that it took the salvage teams many months to reopen those ports.

It's the dietary habits that's the issue. Our diets lack nutrients hence malnutrition. India realised the issue and working on it. It started providing micronutrient rich staples through public distribution recently. All this will change in few years.
