Total expenditure for 2021-22 is estimated to be Rs 5,50,271 crore (larger than yours). It doesn't have to spend penny on army, foreign policy etc.

When you make these unqualified comments (sometimes outright lies) about a country, do you google them at least?

In what logic does it say that Bangladesh smartphone or delivery truck usage, air travel numbers and home electricity consumption would be any less than India? When our per capita real GDP is higher than that of India?

It is only recently that locally manufactured motorcycle's price is coming down to normal range. Few years ago, motorcycles in Bangladesh were sold 4/5 times the price Indian are used to. So it will take some time before Bangladesh's motorcycle sale match India per capita wise.
