What's your point 7 years of Modi and textiles exports have remained the exact same with much smaller countries like Vietnam and Bangladesh doing better. In that same time period China had reached 1.7 trillion dollars worth of exports in 2010. Ten years later India is still not even close to China's exports ten years ago.
