Is that what u got from my post. You must be really thick in your head. Someone who commits adultery may remain a muslim provided he/she still believes that the act they did is one of the gravest possible sin human can commit. If they start justifying and promoting the sin i.e the act of adultery then definitely yes they will no longer remain muslim since they are blatantly justifying something as halal that Allah (swt) has made haram.
The same goes for other types of sins. Unintentionally skipping prayer is one thing, but skipping prayer year after year thinking its allowed definitely puts someone out of the fold of islam.
Very few people in the muslim world tries to justify any of the sins mentioned above. Even those who do NOT pray say that they are doing a major sin by not praying and not praying is one of the major reasons why Muslims are suffering throughout the globe. Good news is the level os mosque attendance in the Muslim world is increasing as Muslims become more aware of their religion.
It does NOT matter what shias and qadiyanis think. The only think that matters is what it written in the Quran & sunnah. Its the qadiyanis who are with the claim of being Muslim, so they have to prove their claim from Quran & sunnah and NOT the other way around. Did you NOT get the analogy with the American citizen. If somebody claims he is an american citizen but does NOT have american passport , he will be treated like a foreigner non-american by US authorities until he/she can prove by valid documents that shows he/she is an american. By definition every definition has a set boundary and criteria. An idol worshiper by definition can NOT claim to be a muslim. Someone who claims 2+2 = 5 can NOT claim to be a mathematician. Someone who never opened a book of medicine can not claim to be a certified doctor. People can claim a lot of things but the burden of proof lies with the claimants.
