Bangladeshi Immigrants to India

The paper even refers to a RAW website which unfortunately cannot be accessed through the link provided -

www.saag.org/papers7/paper632.html

I do not think there is mush doubt that SAAG is operated by RAW. The paper is heavily indebted to SAAG for its information and statistics. My conclusion that it is another piece of Indian propaganda.

:) Iam too much familiar with saag. It is indeed part of RAW propaganda wing.

I dont wana say much about it but as far as that first paper posted by Humaniod, if you read it carefuly, Bangladesh has tried to implement some of the agreements by inacting laws but on the other hand India failed to reciprocate although it a bigger problem for India than BD.

Yes you are absolutely right. The use these issues as propaganda weapons and ignore inconvenient truths.

You are being so blinded by anger that you have started shooting your gun irrespective of the actual posting... where exactly did I quote anything from that Paper .. I just provided a link .. to a paper and mentioned it is a good research paper....

why don't you just take a break from computer.. and get some fresh air...

Your intention was to use the paper as a prop but you did not realize that I would actually follow the link and get to the truth.

I guess we should all plumb the murky depths of Munshi's mind to find the "truth".

MBI Munshi or whatever..

I just realized that it is impossible to have any debate with you because of your single tracked mindset. ... many of the indian members out here choose to spend more time in a pakistani forum because we enjoy the neutrality of it... if our sole intention was to bash BD or Pakistan we could have easily done that in an Indian forum and njoi the kind of "orgasm" that you njoi by an extremely biased hard line position on India.. ..That is purely your choice though and I am no one to point that out...but if you expect people to answer your queries with responsibilities then kindly try to be a little more balanced on your opinions rather than just throwing Anti India Rhetoric on every post..

If you have read my post to Jana . I actually described human migration as a tragedy of humanity which is not specific to a country and mentioned that people migrate for greener pastures irrespective of their nationality...

I believe it is tiresome to go through your same anti India verses..

Humanoid or whatever (these Indians looks all the same because they all sound the same),

I was actually replying to all the Indians in their generality since they all make the same offensive and meaningless comments. If I reply to one I pretty much also cover the bunch.

Don't even have the minimum courtesy to acknowledge a proper admission of neutrality .. bcos .. it does not serve.. your propaganda.. if you are member of thousands forum at the same time.. and keep on posting the happening of these forums to another.. one .. wonder what is ur actual work and how u make ur bread.. in short who pay you to do all these ...

I do not spend the whole day posting on forums. It seems to be your day job. The other Indians also appear to be doing shifts.

Why don't you guys lay off ?

Just agree to disagree & move on. This ' I must have the last word " attitude is not leading anyone anywhere.

Did anyone join this forum to argue with a BD national ? Obviously no.. then just forget it.

:) please do not reply to BS as it an old tactic they use to force the managment to close any thread thatstarts going against them.

Slangs and personal attacks only lead to closing of threads.

@Indians Dear friedns look at all the replies by you guys here in this thread and few more targeting MBI Munshi honestly it clearly shows you are trying to use the Aussies tactic to heat up things out of frustration.

If you think whatever Munshi is saying is wrong then come up with counter arguments but sorry to say none of the replies here by you are in good taste.

Ok now come back to the topic guys.

So let us view are the research posted by Humanoid objectively. There are many points if you take it seriously many shortcomings and their solution is possible to findout.

These guy is always generalizing, Indians that Indians these ,even we too can find lot of **** about Bangladesh in net and paste it here .If he is arguing with the individual then it should be between them why is he generalizing.

I think all this fuss about Bangladeshi migrants is to do with politics. In Europe, these sorts of fears are used by Right wing parties for political gain, demonising migrants leads to increased xenophobia. In India certain organisations (we know them) are also using the issue of Bangladeshi migrants as well as the ludicrous assertion of forced conversions for vote garnering purposes ( the tougher they sound, the more likely some scared people will be to vote for them).
I think it is a bit hypocritical for some Indians to do this, while many have improved their lives from remittences from NRIs. Many migrants of Indian origin in Europe and USA are also illegal, even some professionals who have been in USA for years, but still not able to obtain a green card. Indians have spread out all over the world, to the remotest villages of Africa, selling their wares and making huge profits (my last visit to a small town in congo was surprising, all shops there were owned either by Indian or Lebanese people).
If Indians are happy and willing to migrate for "greener pastures" as mentioned above, they should also be happy for the Bangladeshis to avail of the same opportunities. There might even be something in the Indian economy to gain from.
In the 70's and 80's migrants from the western parts of India used to come to Karachi and work, as I am sure people from Karachi here would testify, yet we did not see this attitude in Karachi. Even now, we have colonies filled with illegal bangladeshi migrants in Karachi. They are harrassed by the police now and then, but the rest of the time they are free to make a living and a life. India should do the same.
